I forgot my password and I can’t log in to the app
You can request a new password by tapping on the button that says “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. We will send a new password to your email address. If you don’t receive an email from us within a few minutes, please check your spam folder to make sure it isn’t there.
I requested a new password, but I haven’t received it
Please check your spam folder to see if it has been sent there. If it hasn’t, request a new password again, and if that doesn’t work, get in contact with our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
I entered the wrong email address for myself or my partner. How can I chage it?
Answer) You can delete your account in the section of the app titled “Me” by tapping the button that says “Delete account”. When you do this, all your personal data and that of your partner will be erased, so that you can start over again and register with your correct email addresses.

I want to delete my account
I want to cancel my subscription to Pro
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless they are canceled. Deleting your Wefeel account won’t cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription to Pro, follow these steps:
To cancel your subscription on your iPhone:
1. Go to settings on your iPhone
2. Tap on your name and then on Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel
4. Tap Cancel subscription
If you need more help canceling your subscription, get in touch with the Apple support team.
To cancel your subscription on an Android:
1. Open the Google Play app (Play Store)
2. In the upper right hand corner, tap on your profile
3. Tap on Payments and subscriptions and then on Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription that you want to cancel
5. Tap Cancel subscription

After canceling your Wefeel Pro subscription, you’ll still be able to use it for the time that you’ve already paid for. If you change your mind and decide to renew your subscription, know that we have a lot of new activities and features planned for you.
