Account

I forgot my password and I can’t log in to the app

You can request a new password by tapping on the button that says “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. We will send a new password to your email address. If you don’t receive an email from us within a few minutes, please check your spam folder to make sure it isn’t there.

I requested a new password, but I haven’t received it

Please check your spam folder to see if it has been sent there. If it hasn’t, request a new password again, and if that doesn’t work, get in contact with our support team at info@wefeelgame.com

I entered the wrong email address for myself or my partner. How can I chage it?

Answer) You can delete your account in the section of the app titled “Me” by tapping the button that says “Delete account”. When you do this, all your personal data and that of your partner will be erased, so that you can start over again and register with your correct email addresses.

My partner registered me, but I haven’t received the same initial email that my partner received
Check your spam folder. If you don’t find it there, make sure that the email address your partner used during the registration process was correct. If you need our help, contact our support team at info@wefeelgame.com

Subscriptions

I want to cancel my subscription to Pro

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless they are canceled. Deleting your Wefeel account won’t cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription to Pro, follow these steps:

iOS
To cancel your subscription on your iPhone:

1. Go to settings on your iPhone
2. Tap on your name and then on Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel
4. Tap Cancel subscription

If you need more help canceling your subscription, get in touch with the Apple support team.

Android
To cancel your subscription on an Android:

1. Open the Google Play app (Play Store)
2. In the upper right hand corner, tap on your profile
3. Tap on Payments and subscriptions and then on Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription that you want to cancel
5. Tap Cancel subscription

Did you succeed? Get in contact with the Google Play support team if you need more help.
After canceling your Wefeel Pro subscription, you’ll still be able to use it for the time that you’ve already paid for. If you change your mind and decide to renew your subscription, know that we have a lot of new activities and features planned for you.

I can´t access the app
If you can’t access the app, it could be due to a few different problems including: -An unexpected problem with the server. Try again in a few minutes. -A problem with your email address. Please verify that you are using the same email address you registered with and that it has been entered correctly. -If you forgot your password, you can request a new one on the login screen by tapping “Forgot your password?”.
What is Wefeel?
Wefeel is an app designed to be played with your romantic partner. The goal is to improve communication and your relationship as a whole in a fun way. The app has activities and games for you to send each other messages when you are apart and also suggests dares and surprises for when you are together. We hope you enjoy it!
How long does the game last?
Wefeel was created by psychologists who are experts in relationships and couples counseling. We suggest that for the first 21 days, you use it everyday, as that’s how long it takes to form a habit. After this initial period, we recommend that you play at least 5 minutes a day. Wefeel will accompany you in the process, but it’s up to you and your partner to set the rhythm.
