I forgot my password and can’t access the game
You can request a new password by clicking on the button “Forgot your password?” on the login page. You will receive a new password in your email; if you don’t receive it right away, please check your spam folder in case it ended up there.
I requested a new password but never received it
Please make sure that it is not in your email’s spam folder. If it’s not there, request another email and if you still aren’t able to change your password, contact tech support at info@wefeelgame.com.
I made a mistake when registering my or my partner’s email. How do I change it?
You can delete your account by going to your profile and hitting “Delete account.” This will get rid of all your personal data and that of your partner so that you can register again with the correct email addresses.
I want to change the email I’ve used to register with the app. How do I edit it?
Contact tech support at info@wefeelgame.com, indicating the email you signed up with and the new one you’d like to use, and we’ll get it set up for you.
I can’t access the game
If you can’t access the game, it could be:

– A momentary issue with the server. Try again in a few minutes.
– An issue with your email address. Please confirm that you are using the correct email address that you used to sign up.
– If you have forgotten your password, please request a new one from the login page, by clicking “Forgot your password?”

If you are not able to resolve the issue, please contact tech support at info@wefeelgame.com.

Wefeel is an app designed for playing with your partner. The goal is to strengthen communication and the relationship in a fun way. The app will propose different messages and activities for you to complete when you’re apart and suggest challenges and ways to surprise your partner when you’re together. My partner signed me up, but I haven’t received the welcome email that my partner got

I requested my “surprise” but haven’t received it
If you’ve requested your surprise it’s because you’ve completed a 21-day-cycle playing with your partner and have begun forming new habits. Congratulations! Check your Spam folder to see if your surprise ended up in there.
How long does it take to play the game?
Wefeel has been created by psychologists specializing in romantic relationships. We suggest starting off by using the app for 21 days, the amount of time necessary to form a new habit or reinforce a behavior. After the initial stage, our professional advice would be to continue playing regularly for about one week out of every month, in order to ensure that you maintain and build on the progress you’ve made.

Wefeel will be there with you every step of the way, but in the end it’s the two of you who set the pace.
